Travel

The HVTN/CoVPN Full Group Meeting will take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. If your travel is funded by HVTN Core or Lab, the travel team needs your assistance to submit your request as soon as possible using this link.
Please note: all Travel Requests must be submitted no later than April 13th.

Breakout Meeting Request

In hopes that the meeting will convene in-person at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C., please complete the Breakout Meeting Request Form so your meeting can be scheduled. The requests will be processed in the order they are received. 
Please note: the deadine for submitting your Breakout Request is April 21st.
