Media Visitation Guidelines

  • All media inquiries and onsite media activities are handled by the Media Relations team.
  • Reporters, photographers and videographers must be accompanied by a member of the Media Relations team while on the Fred Hutch campus.
  • Visits must be arranged in advance to ensure that proper authorizations have been granted.
  • We have strict rules regarding patient confidentiality and consideration. Therefore, we must have consent forms signed when media uses names or photos of patients.
